I'm the person people call when Outlook won't open, the VPN drops, or a new joiner needs a laptop and an account by tomorrow.

I have 3+ years of on-site help desk and desktop support in enterprise environments in Saudi Arabia and Pakistan. Today I support about 55 users at Sinopec Petroleum's Haradh site in the Eastern Province through EFFC, a security-controlled energy site. The work spans Windows 10/11, Active Directory, LAN/WAN networking and the full IT asset lifecycle.

I resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 incidents, supervise two IT support staff, and built and run the company's internal operations system, along with its Android and iOS apps.
